September 23, 2020

To bring light to National Recovery Month this September, Nikki Sixx hops on the phone with Remy Maxwell to chat about how the all-stars lined up to re-release SIXX:A.M.'s "Maybe It's Time" (watch the video below).

Nikki chats about how he teamed up with all-stars like Guns N' Roses' Slash, Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott, Corey Taylor from Slipknot, Brantley Gilbert, Ivan Moody from Five Finger Death Punch, AWOLNATION, and Tommy Vext from Bad Wolves.

The revamped version of "Maybe It's Time," originally found on SIXX:A.M.'s 2016 album Vol. 2, Prayers for the Blessed album, intends to draw attention to the opioid crisis and raising funds for Global Revovery Initiative Foundation, whose goal is to support those in early recovery.

GRI is honored and grateful to have Motley Crue Bassist and Songwriter @nikkisixxpixx on our board of directors! Nikki just celebrated 19 years of recovery on July 2nd and has been a strong advocate for people in recovery.
