We Were Slightly More Thankful This Year Than Last

November 26, 2018

Were you more thankful, or less thankful this year compared to last Thanksgiving?  A new survey found only 6% of us felt LESS thankful.  36% said they were more thankful than last year . . . 47% said about the same . . . and 11% declined to answer.

That's pretty good compared to 2016, when 11% of Americans said they were less thankful than the year before.  That was mostly driven by politics though, because it was right after the election.

With that said, the survey also found the vast majority of us DIDN'T argue about politics at Thanksgiving.  And 81% of people said there's NEVER been a political argument at their Thanksgiving dinner.
