NFL quarterback Tim Tebow might have been cut from the Patriots, but KISS has offered him a contract to play for their Los Angeles-area Arena Football League team.
L.A. KISS will be based out of Orange County, Ca and they’ve offered Tebow a three-year contract.
“Tim Tebow is one of the most recognized and respected athletes in sport,” said KISS guitarist Paul Stanley. “His joining us would mean great things for his fans and for our team, especially from a business standpoint. His credibility within the sports arena is paramount. With our commitment to bringing football without compromise back to L.A., we’re excited to see how this offer turns out.”
“Acquiring Tebow would not only be a great investment for the team, but his exciting style of play would definitely send shockwaves through the League,” remarked frontman Gene Simmons. “We’re excited for the opportunity to see him with an LA KISS uniform on, and for the LA KISS fans to be rockin’ their Tebow shirts and jerseys.”
There’s a zero-to-slim chance Tebow would actually take KISS up on that offer, but you never know, Los Angeles.
